Low Price Guarantee
We keep a careful eye on the market and what the prices
of our chairs are doing. We are very confident that we
have the best prices in the United States. Should you
find a lower price online, in a local store, or anywhere
else nationwide, we will beat that price by 5%.
Accepted Payment Methods
Purhcase Orders welcome! We also accept Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, and American Express. You may also send us a
check or money order through the mail. All of these options
will be presented to you at checkout.
Warranty Details
Eurotech chairs carry a Lifetime Warranty on all parts,
and a 5 year warranty on the fabric and leather. This
is an industry peak. You are assured of total customer
satisfaction.
• Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser all
components for the life of the product with the exception
of upholstery and foam, which will be warranted for five
years.
• Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser that
all parts will be free from material defects. Eurotech
will repair or replace, at it's option, any unaltered
components.
• Customer's own material is not warranted.
• Warranty is limited to a forty hour work week.
• The warranty is limited to replacement or repair,
and does not cover cost of transportation and labor. There
are no other warranties expressed or implied other than
those specifically described.
• Eurotech shall not be liable for consequential
or incidental damages arising from any product defect.
Shipping Costs and Methods
All chairs are shipped 100% free of any shipping or handling
charges via UPS Ground to any location in the continental
United States.
Time of Delivery
All chairs are shipped the next business day unless they
are on back-order. You will be notified of this upon ordering.
Returns
All chairs can be returned within 30 days for a refund.
They must be in their original packaging and be in a condition
allowing them to be sold again. All returns must have
a return authorization number, which can be obtained by
e-mailing us at info@justchairsonline.com
or by using our contact us. The purchaser is responsible
for all shipping costs involved in returning the chairs,
and all chairs are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee.
Damaged Goods
Simply put, we will take care of you. If you see damage
after opening the box just give us a call. We will get
replacement parts (or a new chair) out to you immediately.
We reserve the right to change these policies as we see
fit. Please be certain to read our policies thoroughly
before ordering. Your order will always be protected by
the policies that are in effect at the time of your order.
